GenEvo Kick-Off Meeting 2019

The GenEvo kick-off meeting, which welcomed over 30 participants from IMB and JGU’s faculty of biology, recently took place at IMB and across JGU’s campus. Highlights from the 2-day meeting included public talks by Prof. Henrik Kaesmann (ZMBH, University of Heidelberg) and Prof. Bregje Wertheim (University of Groningen), workshops on collaborative research, speed dating, and even a scavenger hunt led by the PhD students around campus. PhD students enjoyed the collaborative theme and got to know the labs and Principal Investigators of the RTG.
